Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

In the name of fairness and an effort to allow everyone the workout they deserve, PULSE has implemented a strict cancellation policy.  All classes at or before 930am require a 12 hour cancellation prior to class start time.  This allows the participants on the wait-list enough notice to prepare for class.  All classes after 930am require a 3 hours cancellation prior to class start time.

If you are unable to show or are a late cancel to class:

- Class pass packages will lose 1 class

- Unlimited packages will be charged $5.

Please understand that it's not about why you weren't able to make it, but because the spot was reserved under your name and was not able to be. On a level 1 or higher weather emergency, this policy will NOT be in effect and there will be no charges given for late cancels.

Age Restrictions:

Unless specialty children’s classes or workshops are in effect, we cannot allow participants under the age of 15.  A parent must accompany all participants under 18.

Waitlist:

If a class is full, you can join the wait-list. If you are allocated a spot through the wait-list, you will be notified by email and/or text. You are considered registered for the class and the cancellation policy above pertains at this point.

Frequently, 2-3 spots become available at the last minute due to no-shows. Drop ins can standby by arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the class. Drop ins will be on a first come, first served basis.

Arrival / Check-in:

Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to allow time to gather appropriate equipment and keep class on time.  Upon arrival, check-in at the front desk by signing by your name on the printed attendance sheet. For those not pre-registered, check in at the front desk with the staff and print your name legibly on the sheet.

*If you are new to Pulse, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around.

We provide a storage area for belongings, but are not responsible for those items

*Be sure to share any injuries or limitations with your instructor before class.  If concerned, be sure to get a physician’s approval beforehand. For your safety, please do not wear street shoes on the yoga or fitness floors.  Keep mud, snow, salt and dirt of the fitness floor by always bringing a clean pair of shoes used only indoors.
